I. Introduction:
The stem and passage of the J65HY type stop valve form a certain angle, and the sealing surface of its valve seat has a certain angle with the inlet and outlet passages. The stop valve makes the fluid hardly change its flow direction, and it has the smallest flow resistance among all stop valves. It is widely used in petrochemical, metallurgical, chemical, power station, pharmaceutical and other industries. The flow passage of the Y-type stop valve body forms an oblique line with the main flow passage, so the degree of flow state damage is smaller than that of a conventional stop valve, and thus the pressure loss through the valve is correspondingly smaller. II. Working Principle:
The J65HY type stop valve is one of the most widely used valves. It is widely loved because the friction between the sealing surfaces during opening and closing is small, it is relatively durable, the opening height is not large, it is easy to manufacture, and convenient to maintain. It is not only suitable for medium and low pressure, but also for high pressure. Its closing principle is that relying on the pressure of the valve stem, the sealing surface of the disc is closely fitted with the sealing surface of the valve seat to prevent the medium from flowing. The stop valve only allows the medium to flow in one direction, and it has directionality during installation. The structural length of the stop valve is longer than that of the gate valve, and the fluid resistance is large. During long-term operation, the sealing reliability is not strong.
